AMBROSIA DELICIOUS GLOBAL.
We were told to share our success story ⭐️ but humbly we think is better to share our failure through out the years.
While the we thought of flinging our hands in the air and walking away is all too appealing, but we take a second to connect with the people who have been there and we survived. ⭐️
In fact, if all of us have learned of the famous sucess stories, we may change your perspective on failure. Why? Simply because we was once a failure too.
2016 - Born of the Brand Ambrosia Delicious.
2017-2019 - Despite having a great successful business cafe we were caught between pandemic. Not only us but all over businesses didn't make it through the pandemic and we too. During pandemic time, running a small business has been a make-it-up-as-they-go-along trial without an end.
2019-2020 - Our cafe operations have been hardest hit since March. We were force to close our locations at “The One”. The coronavirus forced our strategic business pivots and the immediate invention of new ways to make income when much of the economy shut down in March.
2020-2021 - We venture into something new. Year, month and hours pour into Research & Development into product sustainable, freshness, quality and health. We isn’t much of a gambler, which is probably a good thing because despite financial we are not risking when it come into quality. We still didn’t know whether our customer would adjust well to the new product and new concept of dine or meal.
We are not sure whether clients or customer would switch to bigger rivals. We take the risk! 💥
2021-2022 - A real revolution of thought in seeing the value we need to offer to our customers through our frozen product. We go through endless trainings, endless trial, months hours and finally lots of failures we pull through! Our Sambal series finally using retort process increase it shelf-life and finally ready to go further. 😍
We are fortunate that our clients and customers are flexible and accustomed to our product. Therefore, when our new store and product was launch there were no issues transitioning to new way of meal.
Next, market 😅 we started building our branding in 2022, set back? A full of them, 😂 we were doubt when we market ourself as Chinese Muslim product as our specialities targeted Halal Product. We were questions and in needs to proof that we are muslim born, bumiputera not surface business strategies only. 🤣 we endlessly need to “break the ice” of scepticism and we still are but we keep spreading positivity. ❤️ Alhamdulillah!
We are changing the way we do business, we knew It’s going to be some blend of online and new way of dining a meal. Choice from home or deliver meal to work place we change to online, once thinks is impossible for food industry to run fully online. Pandemic proof otherwise. ☺️
We had 20% of our work capacity working during COVID. It’s closer to 80% now. We think we will end up somewhere 100% soon before we hits 1st Quater of 2023 as all of us have embraced the change post pandemic. We don’t look backwards for very long. We keep moving forward, opening up new doors, and doing new things, because we’re curious and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths. Here we are ❤️ and we are bless with the support from customers and clients.
