AMBROSIA DELICIOUS GLOBAL diasaskan oleh Sofiah Yusof dengan keluarganya yang berasal dari Pulau Pinang. Dibesarkan dalam keluarga Chinese Muslim.
Beliau mula menceburi bidang perniagaan secara kecil-kecilan dari rumah pada tahun 2017 setelah menimba pengalaman dalam bidang perhotelan bersama dengan suaminya yang bekerja sebagai seorang Chef di salah sebuah hotel terkemuka di Singapore. Kepakaran beliau adalah dalam masakan Chinese Cuisine
